Charter Fishing Vessel Operations
On Friday, May 29, 2020, the Chairman of the Delmarva Fisheries Association sent a letter to the Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources requesting that due consideration be given to permitting captains to operate with more flexibility than what appears to be prescribed under the most recent Executive Order by Governor Hogan (No. 20-05-27-01) related to the COVID-19 pandemic and preservation of public health.
