Public Comment for Chesapeake Bay Striped Bass Summer-Fall Regulations

The proposed action to implement Addendum VI to Amendment 6 of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Atlantic Striped Bass for the Chesapeake Bay recreational and charter boat summer and fall fishery will be published in the Maryland Register on Friday, May 8, 2020.

public hearing will be held via webinar at 6 p.m. on May 11. Interested persons are invited to participate and express their views. Anyone needing special accommodations under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, or under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, should contact the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Office of Fair Practices at 410-260-8058 or at richard.allen@maryland.gov, at least three working days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled public hearing.
